«Psyque» project, by the former student of the Degree in Design Mireia Blásquez, has won the 2nd award for the best final degree project in the 15th edition of the awards organized by the Catalonia Official Association of Interior Designers and Decorators (CODIC).
Mireia’s project was tutorized by the teachers Toni Arola and Joaquim Matutano and it consists of the rehabilitation of a warehouse in order to create a space for people suffering minor psychological disorders.
Interior main, shaft, a skeleton based on therapeutic, through which users would feel a series of different emotional states that are reflected in the space. All are needed to reach an improvement process. The spaces have to help convey the feelings and emotions to facilitate psychotherapy to our users.
The main interior spaces related to the concept of the therapeutic skeleton are:
- Space group, psychotherapy and workshops
- Space group, kitchen
- Individual therapy-space
- Living rooms
- Private rooms
