The awarded product consists of a wall lamp with simple geometries and pure lines. It is called LED Flap and it’s been carried out by the company Arkos Light.
According to the organization, the jury has taken into account the global concept of Flap’s design, its high quality and innovation value, its new and high technological component, and an environmental and ecological awareness.
Thanks to its versatile installation, LED Flap is appropriated for global composition, where an essential design perfectly fits both in rational or indefinite dispositions. Its design as a sectional disk emphasizes on a flat shape and fine lines. It is compact and it has a minimum volume, it also scatters light homogeneously.
In sum, 129 companies coming from all around the world have participated, and 214 have competed for this award. They will all be exhibited at next Light+Building 2016, from 13th to 18th March, at the stand dedicated to Design Plus Award 2016.
