The collective, formed by former students of the School, has obtained this recognition for its remarkable professional career, in which they have carried out a real formal and conceptual renovation of the world of design. They develop and suggest new methods based on co-creation and interaction with spaces and people that surround them. Their objective consists in analyzing data and, subsequently, transforming them into visual material or installations, creating infographic experiences which bring them closer to users.
Among approximately sixty candidates presented, the jury has valued the quality and the innovation of the Domestic Data Streamers for “collecting and solving analogically the information and presenting it to us through different installations –almost magical – which generally change while they collect the information”.
The prize-giving ceremony will take place next Friday 28th of November in Málaga and will also contain some brief lectures given by the winners, in which they will present their own projects and the stories hidden behind them.
