Grandvalira ski resort commits to ‘Voilà’, project by the Alumni Laura Gispert

The Grandvalira ski resort has commited to Voilà, the pioneering edible cutlery project by the Elisava Alumni Laura Gispert, which has replaced “use and throw away” with “use and eat”.

Voilà was created in 2019 as a way to provide a cleaner planet for future generations, by offering a disruptive proposal: edible, zerowaste and nutritious cutlery, designed to give a twist to the alternatives to single-use plastic, such as wood, which continue to generate waste and consume resources in its production. This project has helped Voilà become the first Spanish company that has industrialised the manufacturing process of edible cutlery.
