“Alpine Basics” is the new capsule collection of the brand HUNCH of the studio The Hunch Project, formed by the former students of the Degree in Design Raquel Llaberia and Saúl Baeza.
Next Saturday 13th of December, all those who want to discover the collection will be able to see it in the Pop-Up Store and in the presentation organised by these two former students of ELISAVA.
Alpine Basics Capsule has been inspired by snow and the alpine environment, what results in some pieces of technical clothing prêt-à-porter, accessories, objects and one photography book. All the pieces follow a common aesthetical line and breathe the very same scent. Consequently, all the elements of the capsule are waterproof, even the photography book, elaborated with mineral powder paper.
The Hunch Project was born thanks to the final degree project carried out by Saúl and Raquel, which dealt with textile research and resulted in the creation of a new material related to sheep wool fibres, a material that is under investigation through the collaboration with the Materfad centre of materials of Barcelona.
The Hunch Project currently combines the creation of collections with the material experimentation technique and the study projects, offering design, art direction, research and consultancy projects.
