Where were you born?

In Barcelona.

Where do you live?

In Barcelona, after spending a long time abroad.

Where do you work?

In Barcelona also. I share a studio in Provençals del Poblenou.

What has been your professional career?

I studied at Elisava. When I graduated I did an internship with Curro Claret before going to study the Master in Product Design at ECAL, Lausanne.

Then I lived between NY and Barcelona for 5 years while working for Stephen Burks. When I finally came back to Barcelona I also worked in different studios such as Jaume Ramirez and Martí Guixé. Finally, in 2019 I started working on my own.

What is design to you?

What makes me wake up without an alarm at 6:50 in the morning.

Who inspires you professionally speaking?

Sheila Hicks, Issey Miyake, Tokujin Yoshioka, Poul Kjærholm.

How would you define your time at Elisava?

Although other learnings came after University, I think Elisava gave me the foundation to be able to do them.

A couple of years ago Elisava became not only the place where I studied, but also one of my first experiences as a teacher.

What has left a mark on you the most of everything you learned at Elisava?

I think it goes far beyond training. It was a period with very good memories where I learned, got to know and shared a lot.
