We are launching a new edition of Alumni Sessions, a series of talks on entrepreneurship and the professional careers of our alumni. Organized by Elisava Alumni in collaboration with Elisava Impuls, Elisava’s entrepreneurship program, the first guests this season will be alumni Anna Martin, Marcel Rovira, and Mariona Figueras, founders and CEOs of the company ATOM H2, together with Lucas Vicen.
Step by step experience
The ATOM H2 team will share with us their personal experience in the field of entrepreneurship: from the first steps of their project as Elisava students, through its development process within the framework of Elisava Impuls, to the current and future growth of their proposal.
ATOM H2 is a fuel electrical generator through hydrogen storage. It arose with the objective of replacing fossil fuels to generate sustainable energy, contributing to the sector’s decarbonization; its possible applications go from hospitals to festivals and datacenters.
Evolution of an awarded project
After being awarded the ImaginCafe Planet Challenge award, the promoters travelled to Silicon Valley to exchange views with experts of the hydrogen sector and turn their project around, turning it into a viable product on a large scale. ATOM H2 obtained the James Dyson national design award and the IF Design Award, and has been recognized by the GCC Sustainability Innovation Hub.
