Three projects promoted by Elisava Impuls, at the 4YFN startup event of the Mobile World Congress

Elisava will participate in the Mobile World Congress – 4YFN 2024 with three projects by researchers, students and Alumni promoted from the university through Elisava Impuls. From the 26th to the 20th of February, from 8.30 am to 7 pm, the chosen projects will be shared at the 4YFN fair (University Spin Off Zone), in the Hall 8.1 of the MWC Barcelona, the most important and most influential annual congress about mobile communication celebrated at Fira de Barcelona.

Elisava Impuls promotes and accompanies the opportunities of the Elisava Ecosystem to impact the market, the planet and society through the generation of spin off and start-ups or the licensing of projects in the industry. It counts on an incubation programme to strengthen the link between companies and the university and walk with them when they are launched in the market.

ATOM, Green Hydrogen Generator is an electric fuel generator through hydrogen storage. The project stands out for its advanced system and its modular, compact, portable and scalable design, which efficiently adapts to the specific needs of each customer. ATOM’s versatility allows hydrogen to be used as electricity, heat or fuel, thus offering a comprehensive energy solution, accelerating the transition to a more sustainable future.

BIOCEL is an industrial research project that transforms waste organic matter into biofabricated filaments. The biodegradable filaments are obtained in a few weeks through a fermentation process, with low levels of thermal and electrical energy and without harmful chemicals. The material can be used to obtain elastic, rigid and hydrophobic filaments. BIOCEL is a patent pending production model with a product, service and system.

UNIFIT is an all-in-one management, communication and engagement platform for educational communities (universities, educative centres and business schools). The project covers the entire trajectory of the student with customized functionalities for each stage from the lead, through the incorporation as a pre-student, continuing as a student during their academic and social day to day until the alumni stage.

The SaaS software allows easy implementation and customization that places the student at the center and unifies all the agents of the educational community in the same space offering an integral solution for the center.
