The Elisava Alumni of the Master in Design and Photography Magdalena Lennon, Meghan Mathews and Emma Rahmani present their photographic works in the exhibition Seen of the FineArt Igualada festival in its eleventh edition. Photographers from all over the world, apart from photography schools and amateurs participate in this photography meeting. The festival aims to approach photography to all public and reconvert different spaces of the city.
The exhibition Seen shows the reality of three female photographers and how they see themselves influenced by others’ perceptions. These women portray their role as mothers, second-generation immigrants and their relationship with technology or nature. The inauguration of the festival will take place on the 24th of February and it will be open until the 19th of March.
The works presented by the students will be “Unattached”, by Magdalena Lennon; “It Was Good Enough For Our Mothers”, by Meghan Matthews; and “Hello, my name is Fred”, by Emma Rahmani.
