As happened in the first edition of the master last year, this year’s students of the Master in Art Direction and New Narratives (MADNN) have made a fieldtrip to Iceland, an experience that they have defined as ‘icy’ but ‘volcanic’ at the same time.
And as last year’s students also did, its protagonists wanted to record the experience and the ‘aftermath’ of this trip in a magazine conceived, designed and produced by themselves from start to finish.
The second issue of the known as MADNN Magazine, entitled INSTINKT, includes the results of this vital and collective journey; an exploratory getaway that they have made accompanied by the directors of the course, Lucia Colombo and Bernard Arce, and which they have immortalised through analogue photography, the written word and editorial design.
The presentation of the new issue of MADNN Magazine will take place on Friday 24 May on the terrace on the third floor of Elisava.
