The Degree in Industrial Design Engineering participates with two activities in the new edition of Puzzle X, an event that focuses on the use of Deep Tech materials to build a more sustainable future.

Lightning Talks will take place on the Spark Stage, where transformative groups of individuals can give a talk and share their technology ideas with all Puzzle X attendees and the 20,000 Smart City Expo attendees.
During these talks, the Elisava students will talk about their Atom project, an electric fuel generator through hydrogen storage. The project aims to replace the conventional gasoline generator to contribute to the decarbonization of the sector and to generate energy in a sustainable way.

Engineering for a prosperous and sustainable future

A special program that premieres this year for the first time and that wants to highlight Barcelona as one of the most innovative cities, addressing topics such as the Deep Tech Hub, biodiversity, health, art and culture, and life in the city. Made in Barcelona will be presented during the three days that Puzzle X lasts.
Within the framework of this program, Marta González and Cesc Mestres will talk about the Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and how the school generates an impact on society and the city of Barcelona through projects in collaboration with different companies and institutions.
