The second edition of Engineering Day arrives, a day dedicated to the specialisations from our Degree in Engineering of Industrial Design.
If the first edition, which took place on the 17th of November, was focused on the specialisation of Design and Materials, this new edition will address the details of the mention in Development and Simulation, which starts in the third year of the degree course.
The aim of the event is to publicise the academic characteristics of the mention and for students to be able to share their concerns with top-level guests: professional experts, alumni and success stories, who will talk about their experiences in product development, additive manufacturing, simulation driven design, among others.
The aim of this mention is to train a transdisciplinary engineering profile, capable of anticipating the future, who knows the emerging technologies of Industry 4.0 and takes advantage of them to innovate and offer viable solutions for products, services and systems. This will enable future engineers to obtain a high degree of professionalisation, combining mechanical engineering and design, which will enable them to face the challenges of the market and industry.
