On 1 October, Elisava’s Àgora Hall will host ‘Grammars of Attention’, a happening by Ivan McGill, recipient of the EXP Grant 2025-2026 from the Finestres – Elisava Chair.
Based on research into graphic recording and comics, McGill presents an activation that invites audiences to reflect on the mechanisms of attention and the ways in which we observe, document and construct narratives.
The EXP Grant, promoted by the Finestres – Elisava Chair, supports research and experimentation projects in the fields of design, creation and contemporary culture, fostering initiatives that explore new forms of creative practice and critical thinking.
