We invite you to take a mindful break in the middle of the day: an outdoor yoga session on the 3rd-floor terrace, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release tension, and recharge your energy in a peaceful, light-filled setting. During the session, we’ll focus on gentle movement, breathing, and stretches suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required. A space to disconnect from the daily grind and return to work with a sense of calm and well-being.
