Jon Black is CEO and founding partner of Blackbot, a Mexican design company that enables people and organisations to develop skills and solutions through creativity, innovation and futures design. He is also CEO of BlackSchool and BCI (Black Creative Intelligence), content platforms where he has been able to collaborate with international companies such as Natura, Avon, Mercedes-Benz, Logitech, Televisa, Kellogg’s, RedBull or CocaCola, among many others.

Fernanda Rocha is a founding partner of Blackbot. She is currently CFO (Chief Futures Officer) of the company and is in charge of analysing the futures of individuals and organisations. In this way, she proposes alternative futures that can shape their objectives, as we live in an increasingly changing and uncertain environment.
