PRESENTATION
Before the preponderance of volume as an indisputable trend in fashion design, and the need to acquire tools and techniques of volume and creativity in fashion or industrial design and even in the art, this course is intended to teach us to see the three dimensions in a multidisciplinary manner, with the pattern as the study of form that it is. Students will learn to use different volume techniques by experimenting in the creation of new forms to be applied to any structure. The course is an excellent practical tool for creativity and innovation in volume.
GOALS
The mail goals of this programme are:
- To work the pattern as a concept, teaching the student its codes to be able to extrapolate it to any structure.
- Understanding of volume and its techniques for the creation of an artistic and industrial prototype.
- To show students of fashion and industry a practical tool for experimenting and creating, and at the same time a real tool for volume production of prototypes.
- Analysis of the fashion trends to discover the technological developments that are generated each season to achieve new volumes and shapes for innovating and renovating resources constantly in the world of design.
- A tool for the experimental creation of volume for industrial and fashion designers and artists.
