PRESENTATION
Apart from living immersed in a culture articulated around that which is visual, we can say that the image has turned into a fundamental work tool for all of us.
Ranging from
Despite this, it is still not easy to find academic studies in which work is analysed from diverse perspectives over the basis of the images, likewise allowing us to explore the use and meaning of the image.
The idea behind this course is to cover this void with an experimentation and analysis laboratory on use of images from our own respective creative territories; their meanings, their limits, as well as the capacities they offer us to narrate the reality from the productive sectors in which we find ourselves.
GOALS
The main goals of this programme are:
- To acquire methodological and practical tools to search, document and use images.
- To apply and relate the knowledge imparted in the course with the students’ professional needs.
- To assume a competitive profile that will reappraise the aptitudes of each one of the students within their respective disciplines.
- To experiment with the use and meaning of the images and their narratives.
- To develop a specific project that will be carried out during the course and that will serve as work experience and as an application within the student’s own professional field.
