PRESENTATION
The course presents students with the present lighting technologies and complements their training both from and aesthetic and technical viewpoint, with the intention of offering students a way to expand and enrich the skills of sculpting with light to improve a project.
This fundamentally theoretical course works the basic learning of the use of light, its understanding, its tools, its control and handling.
GOALS
The mail goals of this programme are:
- To know the present state of the world of contemporary lighting.
- To identify the technical and aesthetic characteristics of lights and lamps.
- To know the applications, types, energy consumption, powers and other technical characteristics of the different lights and lamps on the market.
- To know the use of lighting in the different types of spaces (residential, commercial) and materials, and to observe the effects of the different light designs.
- To refresh students in the latest technologies.
