PRESENTATION

CATIA is a tool that offers great advantages to professionals. Students will have new resources and advanced training in order to offer new design and production solutions.

Throughout the class, 2D design concepts will be reviewed to progressively work towards modelling solids and surfaces. During this working process, students will acquire indispensible knowledge to perform the operations required for the development of specific designs.

GOALS

The goal of this class is to increase knowledge by using a CAD program of reference in the engineering sector.

CATIA V5 is a three-dimensional design program with which products and mechanisms can be executed from the initial idea to its overall development.

Students will learn the theory and apply it practically with this design tool so that they can use it skilfully in their careers.
