User Experience: from strategy to prototype

In this course you will learn the key methods and techniques of the user experience design, with them you will be able to create interactive products that are different from the ones of the competence. In a practical way, you will learn to define UX strategy, to analyze the competence and to research your users. You will be initiated in disciplines like interaction design and information architecture. Eventually, you will apply techniques to achieve specific results like wireframes and prototypes, which make the product development advance and allow the validation of the chosen design path.
Design graduates or last-year students. IT and/or Telecommunication Engineering graduates or last-year students. Communication Science graduates or last-year students. Professionals with proved experience in the design field

To understand user experience as a methodology that allows increasing the satisfaction in the use of interactive services and products.
To learn the different phases of an interaction project and apply the processes, methods and techniques characteristic of the experience design in the definition, execution and evaluation of interactive services and products from a user-centered perspective.
Structure and Contents
The course has a practical character and it is combined with the theoretical exhibition of contents with the application of practical methods of ludic nature that allow the student to apply the learnt concepts in real context.
