Head of the Master's Degree in Design and Art Direction and the Master's Degree in Advertising Design and Communication
Jordi Cano is a cofounder and director of Eumo dc, a design and communication studio located in Barcelona, in which he directs art direction and communication strategy projects.
He is involved in the generation of new teaching languages and foundations; he has been directing UMedia, multidisciplinary resources Unit, for two years for the Universitat de Vic UCC.
He has been working for years on the development of teaching methods for the generation of ideas, by giving workshops and making tools like the DDDD method (Discover, Define, Develop, Direct) for the art direction, the BEEF method for the generation of disruptive projects in Advertising and the HOURGLASS process for the development of communication strategy projects.
Cano is the course leader of the Master's Degree in Design and Art Direction and the Master's Degree in Advertising Design and Communication, as well as professor in the Social Studies and Communication Department of Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in Graphic Design of the Degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
