The jury of the Liderpack Awards 2016 has once again rewarded the work of the students of the Master in Packaging Design of ELISAVA. Within the Young Design Award category, no less than four prizes have been awarded to projects designed by ELISAVA students, who will therefore represent Spain in the WorldStar for Packaging Awards 2016, along with the other winners in the remaining categories.

The projects from ELISAVA’s students that have been distinguished in the contest are these ones:

Xoc dona joc by Maria Lopez, Macarena Norambuena and Mario Montull

Product Design and Packaging that suggests a new way of enjoying chocolate after playing, experimenting and sharing the pieces.

La Casita Blanca by Cristian Varela, Laura de Miguel and Maria Romero

Selection of chocolates inspired in the most famous brothel in the history of Barcelona. The restrained and even innocent pack contrasts with the suggestive shape of the chocolates. The facing hides a secret that is revealed once the pack is opened, the name of La Casita Blanca appears like a shutter when a little tab is pulled.

I Have Nuts by Fernanda Madrigal, Nancy Nieto and Isabel Tabarini

Mix of ecological and balanced nuts designed for athletes, who before training usually consume a high calorie energy bar, followed by another high protein snack after exercise. This solution proposes a single container, with two separate compartments for each of the mixtures.

FUEL Juice Co, by Fernanda Madrigal, Nancy Nieto and Isabel Tabarini

Premium range of organic juices that arises from the need to provide consumers with natural, organic and nutritious energy. In order to communicate the concept of "energy" and high quality, the project is inspired by the language and forms of the fuel containers of the 1950s.
