In a time where new paradigms of complexity and human consciousness are part of any innovation-oriented organisation, these are called for new type of creative processes and strategies that can lead them to be future-fit.
In this context, Elisava Research has driven the Strategic and Creative Research Lab for Companies, with activities like Sensory Hacking, a creative experience with Airbus, where the company has explored the creation of more emotional products having regular or waste materials and hands-on work as the drivers for creativity. It was for Airbus the occasion to foster team cohesion, and work on the future of the innovation within their company.
The idea behind the capsule session, held in ELISAVA on September 14, was to generate and transform an object related to Airbus in a gift made from discarded materials. The result was a series of shoes, hacked from their initial usage to turn it into an artistic and creative set of objects, made from the join work of 18 inventors.
