From the 9th of April to the 13th of April, a new edition of the ELISAVA Service Design Week will be celebrated. It has been organized by Jorge Rodríguez and Daniel Zentgraf, who are in charge of the Master in Advanced Design, Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship (MaDE) in ELISAVA.
With the participation of national and international speakers, three analysis areas in the design services will be analyzed: commercial services, cultural services, and health services. Design Services is fundamental for the organizations when creating new strategies and offering innovative experiences to users.
