It is a very innovative area

I study communication and I'm a photographer. I'm really interested in gastronomy and I found this course very attractive. I thought it was very good, I took great advantage of it. I would have liked them to organize the time better. I thought there was a lot of empty time, a lack of organization. The first week was very theoretical and the experimentation was done the second week. We are all professionals and they can demand us a little more, but I expected more demanding. I liked it, but I was looking for more content. The final project was great and the teachers were very good. The positive thing that I take from it is that it is a very innovative area and maybe it is so innovative that it is difficult to find a way.
