This course is very new to me, I didn't really know about food design. It is interesting to look at food, the design aspect, you can make a dish very beautiful in the artistic way. It has also been cool to learn the Catalan culture of Barcelona. You don't have to be an artist or a designer to learn and have fun. I appreciated the different aspects of it; we learned about the architecture, a little bit about the food process, the food making, the actual making of the food in the cannery point of view and the design of it. I thought that was cool comparing it with just taking about how to make food. Learning all the aspects of it. I was surprised. I haven't studied anything related to that; I studied marketing so this is very new to me. I enjoyed it a lot, I think people are so cool, open-minded and the city with its architecture is beautiful.
