I am a chef and I really liked the concept of putting together design and food and using food as material. You see that the teachers know a lot and they know how to explain very well everything related to the area in which they are specialized. I liked that they related everything with Barcelona, ​​the only thing is that I would like them to go deeper into the local food, for foreigners. However, I loved the subject of the market and the environment, that is, to live the life of Barcelona. What happens is that as the theme of Food Design is so broad, so you think of food as matter or you think about food or design separately, and maybe you should go deeper into what you focus on. Some came with the idea of ​​eating more and I think it would be a very cool activity to go out and taste more food. And then, I liked that ELISAVA also works with Ferran Adrià and they have found that point of design. It has been so useful and made me realize that I would like to take it more seriously. It has been a good introduction and initiation to continue studying.
